How to Be a Certified Fitness Trainer in Singapore?

The Singapore Sports Council (SSC) issues the Fitness Instructor Course (FIC) certificate, which confirms you have the necessary skills and knowledge to be a general fitness trainer in Singapore, to successful candidates who have completed the FIC, BEC and CPR courses. So how do you go about in getting certified and what are the costs involved?

1) Firstly, you will need to get a Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate from a SSC-recognized CPR course provider. And here are the details (from one of them):

2) Next, you have to successfully complete the Basic Exercise Course (BEC) theory examination and here are the course details (from one of the service providers):
